T&Cs

1. Booking & Payment

   All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in my diary.

   Payment is accepted via bank transfer or payment link.

   Once your booking is confirmed, your date and ingredients are locked in - so payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed. All bakes are made to order and tailored just for you.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

   Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance. In that case, I’m happy to offer a credit towards a future order.

   Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit, as ingredients and time have already been allocated to your order.

   Once a cake has been collected, no refunds will be issued.

   If you believe there’s an issue with your order, it must be returned within 24 hours and supported with photos for it to be considered for review.

   In the rare case that Bakes By Flo must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Design & Changes

   We’ll work together to finalise your cake design. Photos of previous work or inspiration are welcomed, but please note we do not copy other bakers' work exactly.

   Small changes can be made up to 48 hours before collection (where possible). Major changes may not be possible and could incur extra costs depending on time and materials.

4. Collection & Transport

   Cakes are collection only from my kitchen in SW6 (The full collection address will be provided once payment has been made.)

   Please check your cake when collecting- any concerns must be raised within 3 hours of pickup.

   If you need to change your collection time, let me know with at least 72 hours’ notice. I’ll always do my best to help, but changes can’t always be guaranteed.

   Once your cake has left my kitchen, I’m no longer responsible for any damage caused in transit or after pickup.

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs

   All bakes are made in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens.

   While I do offer allergy-friendly options, I cannot guarantee that any bake is 100% allergen-free.. If traces are acceptable, I’m happy to proceed. If you have a severe allergy, I won’t be able to safely fulfil your order.

6. Photos & Promotion

   Bakes By Flo reserves the right to photograph your cake and use images for marketing purposes, including on social media and our website.

   If you'd prefer your cake to remain under wraps until after your event, just let me know — I totally understand!

7. Agreement

   By placing an order with Bakes By Flo, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
