NYC-style cookies (approx 10cm wide)-  thick and chunky with crisp edges, a soft, chewy centre, and packed full of dark chocolate chunks. They’re everything you’d expect from a proper bakery-style cookie - bold, rich, and seriously satisfying.

Small cookies (approx 7cm wide) - the same delicious recipe, just in a more snackable size. Perfect for grazing, gifting, or when you just want a little something sweet.
